Don’t mess with the whole “activation” hassle. Since you have the 12, you already have a 5G SIM card, so you’re all set. Also, no you don’t have to power the phones off to do this.

2001年4月12日 · Shame it doesn't apply to the latest iPhone 14 models yet. Still it's a step in the right direction now you can get iPhone 12 or 13 models unlocked. At least you can have that yearly Totaltech subscription coverage in the states for a year (includes AppleCare + monthly) max 24 months. Helps if you trade in/buy more than one iPhone as an example.
