Even TMo shows backorder with estimates of 12/5 - 12/19. I assume the charges/credits don't start until the phone is received/activated? Can anyone verify? Also, as an FYI, looks like either TMo or Apple isn't applying the deal correctly to the Magenta Max 55+ plan. Apple shows a $400 credit for an iPhone 11 on the 55+ plan while TMo shows $800.

I opted to contact T-Mobile through chat versus doing it all online. Online doesn’t appear to offer eSim. I activated all 3 new phones through chat and they’re eSim.
