2020年6月2日 · note config.data.inspected_image_path and config.data.reference_image_path are valid paths. No errors appear, but no images are shown as well. Running the same code from a python file does show the image.

Summarizing: When I run the plt.show() command the plot don't appear. First I tried putting %matplotlib inline at the beginning but the plot appears. Then I tried changing the backend... No luck!

2018年9月4日 · Everything works fine and there's definitely an image read and can be displayed because I've tested it with openCV's imshow() function (and the image pops up). However, when I tried opening the image with plt.imshow() and plt.show(), the image would not appear.

2020年1月7日 · No plot is displayed after installing xplot and bqplot. Only a blank graph is displayed. I have the same problem using a fresh install of miniconda3 + xeus-cling + xplot + jupyter from conda-forge on a Ubuntu 18.04 machine. I once managed to make it work by downgrading as well, but it didn't work on another system, it's not a reliable solution.
