2022年2月11日 · I purchased the Surface Duo (1) about 5 months ago. I have had non-stop issues with the phone. Microsoft has been very difficult to contact and get support regarding the issues. About 6 weeks ago, they exchanged the phone for a new device promising the new device would work better. It does not.

2020年9月23日 · I have a Surface Duo on t-mobile and it supports wifi calling. Yes, no question it works on T-Mobile, which uses an open Wi-Fi calling model, so as long as the phone supports it (as the Duo does), T-Mobile does too. AT&T also works with the original locked-to-AT&T version. Verizon doesn't currently work. This is on Verizon to fix.

2023年1月28日 · Please note that Surface Duo AT&T devices are not capable of using eSIM, even after being unlocked. Non-AT&T (Factory Unlocked) Surface Duo devices are capable of using eSIM. Hi All: You are correct in that for Gen 1 Microsoft Surface duo phone which originally had AT&T as the service provider, eSIM will not work.

Everything is working great except to send / receive MMS messages. When I setup the APN and save it, it won't retain the default,mms,supl under APN Type. I've restarted, reset the network, and factory reset.

I would like to mention that the Surface Duo 2 battery is not user-replaceable, which means you can't buy and install it yourself. If your battery is faulty or damaged, you will need to send your device to Microsoft or a participating Best Buy Service Center for repair or replacement.
Surface Duo not displaying 2nd Edge browser window
My Surface Duo originally had the ability to show one Edge interent browser window on one screen and a 2nd window on the other screen. This let me view 2 web pages at the same time. At some point, perhaps 6 months ago, the ability disappeared.
