2021年11月16日 · I ordered a new phone on Monday, November 15 at 8:00 AM. I paid for expedited overnight shipping because I rely on my phone for my job and my old phone is broke. As of Tuesday, November 16, my order still says "processing" and no tracking number is available yet. I've called the customer support number and no help was given. Please help.

2021年11月16日 · I put in a security pin but it only recognized it once and now I can't get into my new phone. I tried to reset to factory settings per instructions found on internet but it hasn't worked. Tried calling Boost but can't get a live person on phone.
