Thinking of buying a monitor. 27 inch or 32 inch? 1080p or 4k?
2020年6月25日 · I use a 32-inch curved monitor and have zero regrets. The screen real estate is massive, which helps with immersion. I can't really think of a downside with going for the bigger monitor, except the costs of course. I paid 550 euros for mine [144hz, 1440p with HDR support].

2023年11月9日 · I have a LG 38 inch ultra wide that's 4K OLED. Fantastic monitor and really happy with it but wish I didn't go for the 4K variant, I really can't tell the difference between 1440p and 4K in most games and games don't always support the resolution I have. 3840x1600.

2024年12月4日 · And it looks miles better than the bigger monitor ever did. I do miss those games that ran flawlessly at 4K60 on a huge screen, but I can supersample the hell out of everything and it still looks really nice, but from a different perspective. Next rig I will go for a bigger 4K monitor that has a 1080p mode for the best of both worlds.

2023年4月18日 · I went with that over C2 because it's a true monitor(not a TV) uses the same LG panel though. It does add a matte coating to help against light reflection which works, but some much prefer glossy. I just didn't want to deal with a tv as a work monitor since it felt too many hoops were required to get the c2 to "behave" like a monitor.
