McDonald's customers will be able to choose from a number of deals as part of the fast-food chain's McValue platform

McDonald's launched its value menu at U.S. restaurants on Tuesday as it tries to boost its value offerings in the competitive fast-food industry and drive traffic.

The McDonald's platform "McValue" comes into action today, offering customers new ways of getting more of the chain's food for less. As of January 7, the Golden Arches has introduced a platform in restaurants across the country with deals that include an offer enabling you to get a burger for only $1.
