Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce’s 87 & Running foundation is the beneficiary of $35,000 thanks to Kelce winning Nationwide's Charity Challenge.

A Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee for the Kansas City Chiefs has won Nationwide’s Charity Challenge for the fourth time in the previous five years.

In early December, the Chiefs nominated Kelce as their Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee. Each NFL team nominates one player who excels on the field and demonstrates a "steadfast commitment to creating a positive impact beyond the game." The league's most prestigious award winner is announced at NFL Honors in February.
