The second day of SEC Tournament action provided plenty of drama as one of the toughest leagues in college basketball history whittled its postseason field to just eight teams. No. 8 seed Ole Miss began the day with an 83-80 win over No. 9 seed Arkansas when Sean Pedulla hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1.3 seconds left.

The SEC was a laughing stock in men’s basketball not long ago. In 2025, it produced perhaps the greatest conference in the modern history of the sport. The SEC tournament is going to be incredible theater.

The SEC Tournament chaos continues on Thursday as Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi State, and Oklahoma advance to the second round where Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Missouri, and Kentucky await.
